Improving safety and sustainability in the global food supply chain is critical. At GSCC, we are excited to announce that Sino-American Logistics Council (SALC) and Global Supply Chain Classroom (GSCC) have entered into an agreement with the Society of Food & Environmental Health (SFEH) Macao to offer the Certified Food Safety Professional (CFSP) certification program.
The CFSP program was developed by the Sino-American Logistics Council targeting individuals who want to demonstrate their competency in meeting specified food safety standards. The course meets the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Code.
This program and materials have been localized and translated into Chinese to suit the Greater China, Hong Kong and Macao region. SFEH Macao will organize the training classes, while examinations and
certification will be administered by GSCC.
Courses are expected to begin in the fall of 2021. Please visit https://www.feh-society.com/cfsp for more information about upcoming classes.
